Returns Policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your item, but there may be occasions where you feel it’s necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as easy as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Unwanted Goods
You can return an item within 14 days of the date on which you ordered the item and we will refund you any money which you've paid us for that item*. The item needs to be in an ‘as new’ and unopened condition and complete with all packaging and components. It will be your responsability in such cases to pay the return postage for that item.

We advise you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon receipt (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery) and which insures you for the cost of the items being returned, as in the unusual event of the package going missing you are accountable for the returned items until they reach us.

Please be sure to obatin proof of postage. Without proof of posting your item we are unable to proceed with a refund should anything happen to the package when in transit.

If you return an item to us that is not in an ‘as new’ and opened condition we reserve the right to return the item to you, or refund you in gift vouchers rather than credit you.

*We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of upto 15% or £3.00 (whichever is greater) to cover the initial postage and administration time dealing with requests of this nature. Please allow upto 15 working days for such requests to be processed from the time you return your item(s).

Faulty Goods
We offer a full 3 months return to base warranty with all our products. If the goods you purchased fall outside this period then we will in most cases provide you with the manufacturer's details so you can organise the return with them.

If you receive an item from us which is faulty then please select 'Product is faulty' in the reason for return field of this form. This will allow you to get your item back to us FREEPOST and we will arrange a refund or replacement or credit (depending on your selection).

The standard returns label is Royal Mail 2nd class post which is a 3-5 working day service. There is no tracking and no compensation available with this method of delivery and we would encourage you to seek advice from the post office on the most appropreate way to send your package if this is of concern. You're welcome to add to our standard returns service but this must be at your own expense.

Please always remember to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your local Post Office and keep it until your item has been safely returned to us. It's your responsabilty to make sure that the item(s) you're returning are well packaged and we would encourage you to seek advice from the post office on the most appropreate way to send your package. Christmas Returns Policy
Do you have unwanted Christmas presents? Concerned that you're not going to able to send stuff back after Christmas? With us, that’s not the case.

If you buy an item from our store for Christmas and the beneficiary doesn't appreciate a) how fantastic both your present and you are or b) the possible benefits of owning more than one of them, then providing the item is unopened and in perfect condition you can send the item back to us for a refund. You must make us aware before the 20th January and we must receive it back before the end of January.

Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them an item in our store at the same value.

This is applicable to any order purchased between the 1st of November and the 25th of December, which falls outside our standard 14 day guarantee.
